Cats-Riders 1st Q & 1st H Totals?

Looking at the totals for the first quarter and first half of this game, I notice quite a differential in points. The 1st quarter number is 10.5 while the 1st half total is 26.5 points. Heck why the 16 additional points added to the second quarter?
